Enrich the Healthcare Contacts Already in Your CRM
Add NPI, specialty, verified emails and phones to the records you already hold in Salesforce or HubSpot, and find out which contacts have moved on.
The problem
Healthcare CRMs fill up with half-complete records from events, webinars and old list purchases: a name and a hospital, an email with no specialty, a physician without an NPI. Those records can't be segmented, routed or reached reliably. Data enrichment fixes them in bulk without starting from scratch.
How it works
- Export the recordsPull the contacts to enrich from Salesforce or HubSpot, with every identifier you hold.
- Match themRecords are matched on NPI where present, otherwise on email or name plus organization and address.
- Append the gapsMissing fields such as NPI, taxonomy and specialty, title, verified business email and phone are filled in.
- Review before importCheck match rates and decide, field by field, whether incoming or existing values win.
- Import and repeatRe-import using your match key so records update instead of duplicating, and repeat on a schedule.
The data you need
| Field or filter | Why it matters here |
|---|---|
| NPI | The most reliable match key for U.S. clinicians, and the anchor for future updates. |
| Taxonomy and specialty | Lets marketing segment by clinical focus. |
| Title and employer | Keeps routing and account ownership correct. |
| Verified business email | Restores reachability and protects deliverability. |
| Change flags | Shows which contacts moved, retired or changed roles. |
Example
Illustrative scenario. A HealthTech company's HubSpot instance holds thousands of physician contacts from webinars, most with only a name and email. Marketing Ops sends the file for enrichment, gets back NPI, specialty, practice and re-verified emails, writes new values only into empty properties, and builds specialty nurture tracks it couldn't run before.

Frequently asked questions
Which CRMs does enrichment work with?
Any CRM that can export and import CSV files, including Salesforce and HubSpot. Delivered files use standard Salesforce and HubSpot field names so mapping is quick.
What do you need from us?
A file of the records to enrich with whatever identifiers you hold: NPI, email, name, organization and address. The more identifiers, the higher the match rate.
Will enrichment overwrite data our reps entered?
You decide. Most teams write new values only into empty fields and review conflicts before overwriting anything.
How often should we enrich?
At least quarterly for active segments, and before major campaigns. Contact data decays continuously as people move and change roles.
